Exclusive: A group of young Atlanta taste buds – from pop stars to influencers and entrepreneurs – are going under the microscope in a new dossier for BET +.
Paramount Global has ordered a proprietary streamer Impact ATL (w / t) From eOne and Quality Films, the label behind the artists, including Lil Yachi and Migos, the film and television branch of quality control music.
According to the New York Times, the eight-part series will be followed by a group of young creators who helped Atlanta become the ‘New Influencer Capital of America’. These creators are involved in business, music, beauty and fashion and visitors will find a peek inside their creative process, preparation and contract making.
The young, black, creative cast members have been selected by Pierre ‘P’ Thomas, CEO of Quality Control, and Kevin ‘Coach K’ Lee, COO.
The series is produced by Lee, Thomas and Brian Sher Quality Films, Karam Gill and Eon’s Tara Long and Jennifer Gardner. Slane Hatch will act as Shorana. Connie Orlando is for EVP Special, Music Programming and Strategy, and Angela Aguilera, SVP for Music Programming and Development, BET +.
