‘Riverdale’ will end with Season 7 on CW – Deadline

CW is saying goodbye Riverdale.

The Archie Comics series ends with its seventh season, which will air in a mid-season slot.

This is the latest series to end in CW after the series with the network was canceled Tomorrow’s Legends, Batman, Naomi, Legacy, Dynasty, Charmed, Rosewell, New Mexico, In the Dark, And 4400

The series stars KJ Apa as Archie Andrews, Lily Reinhart as Betty Cooper, Camilla Mendes as Veronica Lodge and Cole Spruce as Jughead Jones.

After the murder of a teenager in the city of Riverdale, this group of teenagers tries to uncover the evils hidden in this seemingly innocent city.

Season 6 begins where Season 5 ends, Archie and Betty decide to give their romantic relationship another shot, just as a bomb planted under Hiram Lodge (Mark Consulates) Archie’s bed is about to explode. Surprisingly, that bomb didn’t seem to explode, and when Archie and Betty woke up the next morning, they were living in downtown Rivervalle, their life in Riverdale but a distant dream.

The series debuted in January 2017.
