Rock band Aerosmith has canceled its upcoming Las Vegas show due to the health condition of band leader Steven Tyler.
The 74-year-old performer, the group recalls, has been battling alcohol and drug addiction for many years and is now in a rehabilitation center. “After undergoing surgery on her leg and taking painkillers to continue her concert activities, she collapsed and voluntarily went to rehabilitation to focus on her health and recovery,” the group said.
Aerosmith was scheduled to begin a series of concerts in Las Vegas in June 2022.
